Support

Support and Assistance

Customers may contact us using their designated support email address, which will be directed to your specific support team. Otherwise you can contact us by filling out the Contact form, sending an email to assist@fishnet.co.uk, or by calling 01457 819 600.

Our normal office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday UK time.  If you phone the office outside these hours then you can leave a message and we will return your call the next working day. Emails sent to us outside our normal office hours are monitored, and will be responded to the next working day.

Should you find that you regularly require assistance outside of these hours then enhanced customer service levels are available for a small premium.

Comments, Complaints and Compliments

We aim to provide a friendly and knowledgeable service and will do everything we reasonably can to support you.

If you wish to make a comment, compliment or complaint about the service that you receive then please contact us using one of the methods above.  Any issues raised will be responded to as required.

If you are not satisfied with the response, the matter will be referred to a senior member of staff who will work at resolving the issue with you.

If you think that a service provided by or routed through Fish.Net is being abused in any way, please report it and forward any associated information to abuse@fishnet.co.uk.
